Firestick (Gold Plan)

Step 1: Open Google Play Store

  1. Turn on your Firestick and navigate to the Home screen.
  2. Select the search icon (magnifying glass) from the top menu or go to Apps.
  3. Search for “Google Play Store” and install it if it's not already installed.

Step 2: Search for STB Emulator

  1. Open the Google Play Store from your Firestick’s Apps menu.
  2. In the search bar, type "STB Emulator" and press Enter.
  3. Select STB Emulator from the search results.

Step 3: Install STB Emulator

  1. On the STB Emulator app page, select 'Install'.
  2. Wait for the installation to complete.

Step 4: Open STB Emulator and Note the MAC Address

  1. Open STB Emulator from your Firestick’s Apps menu.
  2. On the first launch, STB Emulator will prompt you to enter the portal URL and display your MAC address.
  3. Note down the MAC address as you will need it for configuring your service plan.

Step 5: Place an Order for the Service Plan

  1. Open the browser on your Firestick.
  2. Navigate to our website and log in to your self-server account.
  3. Go to the 'Order Services' section on the website.
  4. Select the service plan you wish to use (e.g., Basic+ or Vine).
  5. When prompted, enter the MAC address you obtained from STB Emulator.
  6. Complete the order process on the site.

Step 6: Enter the Portal URL in STB Emulator

  1. After placing your order, you will receive a portal URL from your service provider.
  2. Return to STB Emulator on your Firestick.
  3. Navigate to the app’s settings and find the portal configuration section.
  4. Enter the portal URL you received from your service provider.
  5. Save the settings and restart the app if necessary.

Step 7: Verify the Setup

  1. Restart STB Emulator to ensure the portal URL is applied.
  2. Check if you can access the services included with your plan.

Troubleshooting

  • App Installation Issues: Ensure STB Emulator is properly installed and updated.
  • MAC Address Issues: Make sure you correctly note the MAC address during initial setup.
  • Portal URL Issues: Verify the portal URL is correctly entered. Confirm you received the correct URL from your service provider.
