Before adding a Service Plan make sure your device is infront of you and ready for activation.
Follow the instructions in the KnowledgeBase articles om how to get your device ready for a service plan.
Provide the mac address of your device (If you will be using a stb device. Mac address example [00:1A:79:57:D3:6F].
You are now ready to purchase a service plan for your device. Once you place an order for a service plan allow up to 24 hours for activation. Most activations are done within 1 hour.
You will receive login credentials (if any are required) via support ticket.
